Tony Poulter

Tony Poulter is a non-executive member of the Department for Transport Board.

His other roles are:

• Non-executive director and RemCo chair at Cubico Sustainable Investments, a leading global renewable energy developer, owner and operator
• Non executive director at LCR Property Ltd, a specialist promoter of development and regeneration around the railway
• UK Civil Service Commissioner

In 2023 he led the government’s Public Body review of Homes England, which was published in April 2024
